Texas can't wait until the federal government gets its act together to secure our border. With budget shortfalls looming again, we simply can't afford the costs associated with illegal immigration. Rep. Hilderbran voted for tough reforms, including deploying boots on the ground to the border, requiring a photo ID in order to vote, and banning sanctuary cities.
